Was quite interested in getting it for the past two years but the price tag always put me on hold. Opportunity came when i was browsing through a random beauty shops and saw that they are selling 30ml sample bottles for SGD25 each. Quite a buy actually given that 75ml costs around SGD90+!!. Bought  two bottles, and has been using it for the past half year on alternate nights, finished one bottle, and left with around half in the other one.

From its description, the Facial Treatment Essence is suitable for both oily and dry skin, used to have a misconception that its only for the dry skin individual -_-....Shame on me..... 

The benefits of the Facial Treatment Essence are texture refinement, wrinkle resilience, radiance enhancement, firmness power (not quite sure how to comprehend this) and spots control. I can only vouch for texture refinement and radiance enhancement, after 6 months of usage, my skin looks really glowy in the morning and skin feels really soft and smooth.. I don't really feel much sebum production control, thats why i only use it at night. Another good thing about this product is that it can also be used on the eye area! I used to have yellowy eye lids and dark eye circles due to excessive gaming and lack of sleep, but after using the Facial Treatment Essence, my yellow eyelids are gone!! My dark eye circles are manageable now, less prominent that it used to be.   

I did not use the cotton pad method because....it is so so so wasteful!! I'll usually put a few drops in my palm , and warm the essence between my palms before applying it on my eye area first, then slowly patting it around my face. The only thing i didn't like is the product design, there are always some essence trapped or left at the surface, and it being more than 90% Pitera (nutrient rich liquid) i am paranoid about bacteria growth. The Facial Treatment Essence does not smell nice, but it'll fade....just so you know ^^.    

Would i repurchase? Yes, should i have extra money to spare ^^... Afterall, SK-II products are a luxury, not something that i can afford easily without prior scrimping and saving. Would recommend buying a sample size bottle to try it out before getting the full-size one, so that you would not feel the heartache should the product do not suit you.
